Listed prices exclude payment-processing fees (3.5% + $0.40 per transaction) and any applicable taxes, added at checkout. Usage-cost items (voice minutes, messages) are always metered above our cost.

Deployment topology is orthogonal to your tier — any tier can run on dedicated or on-premises. Non-standard topologies are quoted per engagement (sizing, residency, BAA/MSA, go-live).
Pricing stays in sync
Tier caps and feature lists are kept in lock-step with the installer wizard and your in-product admin settings — the canonical source is packages/billing/src/lifecycle/tier-downgrade.ts, enforced by scripts/check-pricing-parity.mjs.
